Risk Free Return Policy
We know it's hard to visualize what our art will look like on your walls. We believe in our art and feel confident you'll love it too. All of our original art can not purchases after you buy it, but for repro products are 100% risk free purchases!
If you are unsatisfied with our repro product, we will replace it/them for you free of charge or process a full refund for you. Please notify us of any damage, defects, or unsatisfactory products within 30 days of your package delivery date and by emailing a picture and summary of the damage or defects to firstname.lastname@example.org if applicable. If a piece is unsatisfactory and needs to be returned, we will pay for return shipping. Please note that due to the circumstances under which our artists create and store their artwork, some originals may include natural wear and tear. We do carefully inspect each original piece of art before agreeing to offer it for sale.

If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office (for international packages). We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
Our original products are shipped from a variety of locations across the Indonesia, for our repro products are shipped from Surabaya East Java. We currently ship products to only national location. For questions regarding shipping to your location, please contact us email@example.com. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the shipping of your item(s) and please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be produced, packaged and shipped. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.
